Our law firm is a family oriented service provider.  Our goal is to represent families and small businesses so they can accomplish their goals, be it financial, or otherwise.

Rory Dixon Mortimer graduated from Michigan State University in 1972, with a degree in General Business Administration. In 1978, Mr. Mortimer graduated from the Michigan State University of Law.

Social Security, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law and Estate Planning representation are areas in which we strive for excellence. 

Mr. Mortimer has numerous financial planning credentials, obtaining his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1982 and his Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 1984.  Mr. Mortimer has worked with numerous families and closely held businesses in their estate planning objectives over the past 20 years.  Mr. Mortimer has prepared over one hundred Revocable Living Trusts and other sophisticated documents in his estate planning practice and has extensive estate, probate, and financial planning experiences. 

Mr. Mortimer has a Certificate of Completion from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education from the Michigan Bar Association in probate and estate planning.
